Moorten Botanical Garden is a popular, historical garden that has been the setting for hundreds of romantic weddings, as well as special events!

The private family estate is the home of the Moorten family who created this unique botanical garden to share with the world. Our Garden is open to the public until 4:00 pm each day (closed on Wednesdays), we recommend weddings in the late afternoon or evening, but can take place at any hour.

Established in Palm Springs since 1938, this privately-owned arboretum was created to share the beauty and extraordinary varieties of desert plants with everyone who visits. The featured desert trees, plants, and cacti come from around the world and range in size from miniature to giants!
