Vedas Integrative Healing offers natural and effective methods to support an individuals health and wellness holistically, with offerings that include, Ayurvedic (Ancient Indian Medicine) health and wellness recommendations for nutrition, herbs, lifestyle, massage and bodywork suitable for one’s constitution, season, and wellness goals of managing pain in the body, as well as, supporting mental and emotional health. They also offer individual Reiki Healing and Sound Healing sessions for energy cleansing, as well as, Trauma Recovery Coaching for cPTSD survivors who are supported with client led sessions to transform emotional pain, self-doubt and relational aftereffects of childhood/developmental trauma into an opportunity to live a life that is empowering to live more authentically and connected to one’s true self.

Vedas Integrative Healing take the time to learn about the root cause of clients’ health concerns and offer practical guidance to support their current health conditions. They also offer preventative medicine support for those looking to enhance and optimize their health for the long term. They complement client’s current health practices and work alongside their primary medical care providers. Their goal is to provide alternative medicine options that can provide a personal sense of healing and rejuvenate the body and mind. The providers are certified, experienced, vetted, and focused on providing the best results for clients. Whether physically, mentally, or emotionally, they offer tools that empower one to take their health into their hands with multi-level approaches such as, coaching, herbal allies, body treatments, or learn about foods that should be avoided or added for improved health.

Individualized sessions can be conducted in person at their private wellness studio locally in the Uptown District area of Palm Springs, CA. They also offer mobile massage and bodywork at your location in the Coachella Valley or via HIPAA compliant Zoom calls for consultations or coaching services. Appointments are required to provide services, which can be made by phone or online.
