The Twist Palm Springs

The Twist Palm Springs offers modern architecture and designed rooms located in the Uptown Design District. Select from a studio, one or two bedrooms with living room. All come with custom kitchens and either a patio or balcony view. Appointed in true Palm Springs modernism with colorful modern designs by local designers H3K.

The property has beach cruiser bikes, a golf putting green outdoor grill, and laundry facilities.

The Twist Palm Springs Room

Superior Studio: Choose from a ground-floor unit with large private patio with fire-pit or an upper floor unit with private balcony to enjoy stunning mountain views.

Deluxe Queen 1 Bedroom: These units are on the ground floor of the west end with a large, sunny patio featuring a gas-powered fire-pit, within steps of the central pool, spa and grill. The living room offers access to a private patio, a pull-out couch for two additional guests.

Deluxe King 1 Bedroom: These rooms are on the top floor mezzanine and feature incredible views of the mountains. There is a pull-out couch for two additional guests. The bedroom is equipped with comfortable linens and access to an over-sized balcony overlooking Palm Canyon Drive. They also feature a custom kitchen and private bath with walk-in shower.

Presidential Flat: The flat has an over-size wrap-around deck offering extraordinary mountain views. Everything from the master bedroom to the living room and kitchen are carefully accented with old Palm Springs retro designs.  The bedroom features a second access to the deck, and is equipped with working desk and a generous amount of closet space.

The Residence: The 2BR/2BA unit overlooks Palm Canyon Drive and includes an oversized private deck.  This unit has King beds, a full kitchen, and access points to the deck from each bedroom and the living room.
