Nature’s has been in the business of health and healthy living in Palm Springs for 25-plus years, starting way back in 1993. Locally owned and operated, they offer a large menu of healthy dishes in the Café as well as a full market of food and health products. Shop, sip and eat at this neighborhood market and café where every ingredient is organic and healthy.

Nature’s Health Café

Perhaps the biggest impact on your health and wellness comes from your diet. What you eat and how your body processes it affects everything from your day-to-day wellness to your long-term health. That’s why it’s important to focus your diet in a positive way, staying as close to natural foods as possible.

The café is vegan and veggie only. Now wait! For the meat-eaters, if you have not tried some of the plant-based beef, chicken, or bacon options, this is the place to try. The extensive three-page double-sided menu is full of meatless and dairy-free options and has everything you can imagine from faux meats to hearty salads.

Breakfast items include items like Omelets, Burritos, Acai Bowl, or even a Breakfast Club Melt with Fakin’ Bacon.

Lunch options include an array of burgers such as Portobello mushroom, lentil, blackened “Fish”, and a California Garden Burger with avocado slices and vegan mayo. All served on sprouted bun with chips and fresh salsa. There are also a variety of wraps and sandwiches. On the lighter side are salads made with the freshest organic produce locally sourced. Try the in-house made lemon tahini dressing for a little extra zip.

Warm entrees include a range from Mexican style dishes, to pastas, and even pizza. Try the Chinese Fried Rice with “Ham” and “Beef”, a Tofu Steak plate, or a “Fish” Tacos. Don’t miss out on the Chick’n Quesadilla with vegan cheese and spinach wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla with a big side salad. The Chick’n is made with soy and has a similar meaty texture glazed with a rich sauce. The cheese is stretchy and gooey, satisfying even the real cheese eater.

Nature’s Café also offers a fresh juice and smoothie bar as well as organic expresso and coffee items. Try a variety of vegetable blends in any combination, the freshly pressed pomegranate juice, or a wheatgrass shot. Order at the café counter and sit inside or at one of two outdoor patios. Dogs OK at outside seating.
