COVID-19 Information

The current vaccination rate for the Coachella Valley is over 80%.

The City of Palm Springs does not require masks indoors or proof of vaccination to enter bars and restaurants, aligning its pandemic safety requirements with the state’s policies and guidance. All federal and state requirements must still be followed.

The general health and safety measures regarding the coronavirus include avoiding physical contact, maintaining a safe distance from other people and observing good hand and respiratory hygiene. Wearing a mask is recommended in public transportation and in other situations where it is difficult to maintain social distancing.

Getting Tested

There are a number of places to get tested in Palm Springs.

Most of the local pharmacies also provide testing –   Walgreens  CVS   Rite Aid   Ralphs   Walmart
