About

Located within the Hilton Palm Springs Hotel in the heart of Palm Springs, Zadie Café is a hidden gem that brings the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean to the desert oasis. With its modern and inviting atmosphere, Zadie’s offers a unique dining experience that combines traditional Mediterranean cuisine with a contemporary twist.

What’s in a Name?

Yiddish for grandfather, the word Zadie conjures up images of a family storyteller or the man who makes silly faces at the kids to get a giggle, the one whose recipes are passed down from generation to generation.

Zadie Café Menu

Boasting an impressive array of dishes inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, every bite is a celebration of flavors and textures. From freshly prepared salads bursting with seasonal ingredients to hearty mains that satisfy even the most discerning palate, each dish is thoughtfully crafted to showcase the best of the region’s cuisine.

So Start: Enjoy a variety of small plates and sharables. Indulge in classics like hummus, cheese stuffed bourekas pastry, roasted cauliflower with harissa tzatziki, or the Zadie fries with crumbled feta. The Mezze include house-made humas, bab ghanoush, whipped feta, matbucha, pita, olives and seasonal crudite.

Zammies: Moving on to the main courses, Zadie Café offers a variety of options that cater to different tastes and preferences. From chicken schnitzel, burger with tahini and roasted garlic, to lemon and local date tuna on challah bread. Vegetarian options include veggie burger and veggie pita.
