An atmospheric bar located in the historic El Paseo building on North Palm Canyon Drive, Truss & Twine sits adjacent to the team’s first venture, Workshop Kitchen + Bar. Created to offer a bar aesthetic that the Palm Springs landscape is missing, for visitors and locals alike, Truss & Twine specializes in classic cocktails broken down by era, alongside a desert-inspired menu using ingredients from the Coachella Valley.
