Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar is a relaxed refuge downtown on Palm Canyon close to the Palm Springs Art Museum and Marilyn statue. The space was custom-designed for Palm Springs so you won’t find this anywhere else.
Snacks: Start out with something light like street corn dip, ahi tuna mini tacos, or jerk spiced chicken wings. If you like spicy, go for the hurricane tots with sriracha aioli.
Tacos: With the large expansive outdoor patio, it only makes sense to offer street tocos. Choose from blackened mahi, brisket biria, filet mignon, or shrimp.
Salads: For something light and fresh, enjoy the grilled chicken and mango, or the blackened shrimp chopped salad.
Bowls: The Ahi Poke bowl comes with island slaw, pickled cucumber, onions, avocado, edamame and is served with a soy glaze and crispy wontons. There is also a Mojo Shrimp bow with grilled pineapple, tomato relish and a lime vinaigrette.
Vegan: Roasted vegetable bowl.
Handhelds: Enjoy the all-American sliders or Nashville hot chicken sliders, Cuban sandwich, chicken poblano quesadilla, or chicken panini.
No reservations are needed. Order at the counter, and they will bring your order to your table.
Open Sunday – Wednesday, 11 am – 8 pm. Open Thursday – Saturday until 9 pm.
