Serving our modern take on classic “Americana” cuisine, The Pantry reinterprets the traditional resort menu using a fusion of new techniques and influences. The menu highlights the bounty of fresh ingredients local to California and the Coachella Valley.
The Pantry is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lunch is open to hotel guests and the public from 11am–4 pm and dinner from 5–8pm daily.
