Sweet shrimp, also known as Amaebi, is a delicacy in Japanese cuisine. Taka Shine sources fresh, succulent sweet shrimp to serve in their sushi creations. The shrimp is carefully prepared to showcase its natural sweetness and delicate flavor.
Taka Shin Japanese Cuisine has been approved as an official Japanese Food Supporter from JETRO. JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) is designated as an operational administrative association for this program in line with the guidelines set by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan. This program was designed to certify overseas restaurants, bars and retailers which carry Japanese food and beverages as official “Japanese Food Supporters” in order to further promote Japanese agricultural, forestry, fishery and food products around the world.
