An awesome bar has popped up in Palm Springs in a spot you would least suspect – but when you find it, you’ll find Paul Bar / Food. It’s located in a small, nondescript strip mall at the corner of Gene Autry and Vista Chino.

At Paul Bar, the spotlight shines not only on the incredible dishes and drinks but also on the talented and passionate owner, Paul. With years of experience in the culinary industry, Paul brings his expertise and creativity to the table, crafting a menu that tantalizes the taste buds and leaves patrons craving for more.

Small Plates: Choose from chicken wings, calamari, hummus & pita chips, a large meatball with marinara, and rosemary fries.

Salads: Try the iceberg wedge or arugula and red cabbage salad.

Big Plates: In addition to the popular Paulburger, sandwiches include the short rib dip on sourdough toast and the chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken schnitzel is served with roasted bacon balsamic Brussels sprouts. Other options include steak frites, pork chops, and roasted salmon. For vegans, order the vegan yellow curry.

Paul Bar Specialty Cocktails

Paul Bar’s special cocktails include the Cosmo, which is more tart than sweet, margarita with blanco tequila, and black Manhattan made with old Overholt rye and orange bitters. They are known for their frozen sidecar, which is tart and boozy.
