Elmer’s Restaurant

Elmer’s Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner has been serving our valued local guests and visitors for over 30 years at the same location.  The quality of our product,(we seek only the finest and freshest from local vendors and from selected family owned farms, family owned ranches and wild salmon, cod and shrimp from the Pacific Northwest).   The cleanliness of our facility (newly painted and decorated with historic PS photo’s) and the exceptional service of our staff (many with over 20 years with us) has kept us in business all these years. We strive to make your first visit or return visit a memorable one.  Warm, family friendly and inviting is our goal.

Owner Jacky Donnell has been with the Elmer’s group for over 30 years.  Starting as “hostess” in the Boise, ID Elmer’s.  She came to PS in ’90 and managed the restaurant for nearly 15 years.  In ’08 she and her husband Fred bought the PS Elmer’s.
