Cafe La Jefa crafts signature coffee drinks inspired by the flavors of Latin America. The coffee partner is Sisters Coffee from Bend, Oregon, located in the Flannery Exchange building in the Uptown Design District.

They offer specialty drinks beyond coffee, espresso, and tea drink items.
Chai Chata: This drink consists of coconut chai tea, organic oat milk, and condensed mild, finished with organic Ceylon cinnamon. It is served over ice.
Lotus Energy Drinks: Enjoy selections like the Orange Dreamsicle with white lotus, orange syrup, super cream, and sparkling water. The Watermelon Mist is pink Lotus paired with watermelon syrup.
