We’ve heard from locals and tourists alike looking for recommendations about where to find drinks, bar bites or sit-down dinners in the later hours of the evening. Here’s our round up of some of our favorite Palm Springs late night dining spots that promise a great time when the sun goes down. To make the list, they must be open at midnight or later.

Note: Hours of operation may change seasonally. Wherever you travel, it’s best practice to check out a restaurant’s website, social media or call their host stand in order to confirm when their kitchen closes or when they have their last seating!
