Pilates Plus Palm Springs is a combination of weight training and Pilates. Pilates Plus utilizes the best of both the benefits of weight training as well as the postural enhancing benefits of Pilates in a circuit training sequence. Pilates Plus keeps the heart rate up and burns extra calories. The routines incorporate “old school” exercises such as push ups and lunges, however, the support of the ProFormer eliminates the pressure on joints and the spine.
