Included on the National Register of Historic Places and designated as a Palm Springs Historic site, the O'Donnell house is located hillside just steps from Palm Canyon Drive. Once the highest residential structure in the City, the O'Donnell affords sweeping vistas of the city and valley below. Guests are chauffeured up the mountainside driveway in golf carts to the expansive view-terrace overlooking the city. The 90 minute tour, brings to life the rich history of the O'Donnell and key events in Palm Springs' history. The tour begins with stories of local indian lore and the arrival of John Guthrie McCallum in 1884, and the narrative continues through to modern times.  Learn about the unique partnership between the home's original owner Thomas O'Donnell and Nellie Coffman and their major contributions to the Valley.
