Revel Palm Springs  restaurant and bar is the newest brew house in Palm Springs featuring their own Palm Springs Brewing Company. They offer 6 drafts, including 3 drafts from the Palm Springs Brewing Co., made just for them. Their signature beer, Hopz IPA, is has a hint of citrus with fruity hops.  The red ale is the “bigger brother” but still easy drinking IPA with toasty, citrusy notes and that slightly bitter finish you’ll enjoy. They also offer 15 Bourbons, a full bar, and nice selection of burgers, sandwiches and pasta.

Draughtsman is a great restaurant and draft brew house with craft beers from local and southern California. Pair it with a SoCal Smash Burger and Messy fries and you’re set. Try the Koslchella, a German style pale ale by Coachella Valley Brewing Co., or enjoy a refreshing Santa Monica 310 blonde, a lighter beer with a crisp refreshing taste.  Check out their Happy Hour, 3 - 6pm.

Dead or Alive is wine and beer tasting room where live tv and music is not on the menu. The valley native owners have created a new tasting room that pushes wine and brew tastings boundaries. With plenty of different beverages to choose from this place will have you yearning for more.  Their menu changes, but look for things like a Pale Ale brewed with cardamom and jasmine green tea or the Boochcraft Kombucha with ginger, lime and rosehips.

The Amigo Room at the Ace hotel is another hot spot serving one of the widest range of craft beers and artisanal craft cocktails with 21 taps.  Selections include Lagunitas, Stone Brewing Company, and Hangar 24, just to name a few. Along with the large selection of draft beers, entertainment is included most nights.  The Amigo room has a strong relationship with their brewers carrying some of the best draft beers in California, so it’s a beer stop you won’t want to miss.

La Quinta Brewing Co. has officially opened its doors in the City of Palm Springs. Founded by a true desert native, La Quinta Brewing Co. has plenty of beers for your taste palette. Heatwave offers a toasty malt character with a hint of caramel while Koffi Porter is dark roasted with a hint of chocolate and crystal malts. After fermentation, locally roasted coffee beans from “Koffi” are added. Old Town Honey Wheat is described as a great choice for a hot day in the desert. The honey wheat is brewed with a generous amount of locally produced "citrus honey".
