Echoes at Oscar’s – Friday & Saturday, Oct. 13 – 28

Join TikTok and YouTube sensation Andre Armenante as he unveils “Echoes at Oscar’s” an immersive special effects seance that will send shivers down your spine. For the first time ever, this captivating show is open to the public. Step into a world where murder, mystery, suspense, and the supernatural collide, creating an unforgettable and unique experience that will leave you breathless. Prepare to be amazed as Andre masterfully blends storytelling and live special effects to transport you to another realm. Three shows per evening.  5:30, 7, & 9 pm. Haunted House & Interactive Art Installation – Oct. 21

Curator Andrew Barsoum brings his collective of artists, Bloody Gums, to the Saguaro Palm Springs Hotel for an evening event with large-scale, interactive multimedia installations. Halloween inspires it with a haunted house installation by artist Albert Reyes. In addition to the art, musical performances and a night market featuring local craft vendors are scheduled. 7 pm – late.

Drew Sebastian’s Halloween Spooktacular – Oct. 25

Drew Sebastian’s hosting a Halloween cabaret! Darkness falls across the land. The midnight hour is close at hand. Creatures crawl in search of blood. To terrorize y’alls neighborhood! Halloween Chili Cook-Off & Car Show – Oct. 28

Be a part of the fun at Palm Springs Air Museum’s 14th annual Chili Cook-Off and Car Show. Burn rubber over to see some awesome rides and taste various chili offerings from the Museum volunteers’ secret recipes. It will be a ghoulish feast for the eyes and the tummy. Siobhan’s Vixen 80s Halloween Show – Oct. 28

The V Wine Lounge and Martini Bar pays homage to 1980’s slasher movies. Our Vixens find themselves stranded in a cabin in the woods. Hunted by a deranged serial killer. Will they survive or will they be totally killed? Come and guess who will be the final girl. 8 pm  Tickets

The vibrant Arenas District comes alive with a bewitching atmosphere during Halloween in Palm Springs 2023. This trendy neighborhood sets the stage for an unforgettable Halloween experience. Whether you’re a fan of spine-chilling thrills or family-friendly fun, the Arenas District has something to offer everyone during Halloween. Join the fabulous Bella da Ball as the official MC and spin to the tunes of DJ Mod Girl and DJ Galaxy. 4 – 10 pm.

Alexander Rodriguez: His show “On The Rocks” features a diverse range of guests, including actors, musicians, and other notable personalities from various industries.

Every year Halloween in Arenas District hosts the most fun costume contest you’ll ever see. If you would like to enter, registration is 6:30 – 7:45 pm. Then the fun begins at 8 pm.

Free admission with a suggested donation of $10 to benefit local LBGTQ charities including  Greater Palm Springs Pride, Palm Springs Gay Men’s Chorus, DAP Health and LGBTQ Community Center of the Desert.

Dia de los Muertos Celebration – Oct 29

Join the Palm Springs Art Museum in their annual Día de los Muertos celebration! The theme this year is Recuerdos (Memories). Experience ofrendas, performances, music, storytelling, and remember family and community members who have departed. Attendance is free, advance registration recommended.

Activities include:

  • Children’s Corner. Children will hear stories about Día de los Muertos led by Esperanza Mendez, community leader and storyteller. This space is designed for families to relax and find a quiet space in the midst of all the lively activities.
  • Still Life Painting Workshop led by Clara Nieblas, a 2022 Outburst Project Resident Artist at Palm Springs Art Museum
  • Outdoor Mercado. This open-air market includes vendors from across the Coachella Valley; attendees will find ceramics, candles, jewelry, art and clothing.
  • Concert: The Mexican Standoff will play in the Annenberg Theater.
  • Food and Beverages will be available for purchase from Little Livs, Café Empatia, Citlali Tamales, and Cool Cactus Candies.

And much more including face painting, photo and video booths, and drop-in activities!

Sam Irvin has directed over 50 films and TV shows, Elvira’s Haunted Hills, Oblivion, Guilty As Charged, and Dante’s Cove.  He waqs co-executive producer of the Academy Award winning Gods And Monsters.  He will be joined by other legendary screenwriters and directors of the horror genre. Just Fabulous. 2 pm.
