Pure Intentions Entertainment’s first official event in California is set for the Saguaro in Palm Springs for the first of their pool parties, “The Mirage Series.” After taking New Orleans by storm with their monthly color-themed events, they are ready to expand and bring their wild, unique and creative energy to the desert!
Rose Petal Mirage is a pink themed event, encouraging guests to wear their most exciting pink outfits while dancing the day away poolside to house music inspired sounds! Pure Intentions spotlights local artists & DJ’s that bring an unmatched energy to each event.
This is the first time they are taking their staple, “Mirage Series,” out of New Orleans and expanding their brand to new communities. They are ready to bring their exciting and infectious energy to Palm Springs and show how they do things, “The Pure Way.”

Founded in 2021 in a melding of creative minds, New Orleans native Joshua Veal (Romancing The Stoned) and Toronto’s Jax Goman (Dr. Jax) quickly put Pure Intentions on the map as the most popular house music collective in New Orleans. Their specialty is in creating themed events with immersive, top-to-bottom venue curation, and every single event features a set from their DJ duo, Dr. Romance. The duo’s unique image, one-of-a-kind performances, and distinctive approach to event curation has allowed them, in a short time, to become one of New Orleans’ most prominent DJs and event curators.
