In celebration of Black History Month, the Palm Springs Black History Committee and the City of Palm Springs James O. Jessie Desert Highland Unity Center is proud to announce the “36th Annual City of Palm Springs Black History Month Parade and Town Fair.”
The Parade will take place on Sunday, February 26, 2023 on Palm Canyon Drive at 11:00 am. Immediately following the Parade the Town Fair will be held at the Downtown Park from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
