The Rowan will include two restaurant concepts, Juniper Table and 4 Saints.

Juniper Table, will be a casual all-day Mediterranean café with a vibrant upscale-casual theme featuring seasonal and organic ingredients. For those looking for a brag-and-go, a full barista program provides coffee, fresh juices and light takeaway items as well as a concise menu of mad-to-order cold and hot items such as fresh pastries and baked egg dishes. By midday, the menu moves to an all-day format featuring sharable snacks, salads, sandwiches, cheese and charcuterie, and select entrees such as ricotta cavatelli with pesto, and paccheri topped with blue crab, shrimp sausage, green onion, chilies and mint.

4 Saints will offer a mix of sophistication and a decidedly convivial spirit. Perched on the tallest rooftop in Palm Springs and adjacent to the pool, the restaurant will boast stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains and Coachella Valley. Dining and lounge seating pave the way for ideal comfort while a large four-sided bar energized the space. Menu items will reflect internationally-inspired ingredients such as sea urchin tofu with green apple-coriander salad, late stone fruit, and Thai long pepper and gingerbread.

In addition to Juniper Table and 4 Saints, guests and locals alike can visit High Bar, a bungalow-filled retreat and chic poolside lounge by day, as well as Window Bar, which showcases ceiling high windows that blend effortlessly within a laid back lobby lounge serving classic cocktails.
