In the bones of an old roadside diner, we're reinterpreting American peasant food for the desert with a focus on fresh, organic, and local ingredients. We're calling it King's Highway. We've also kept the old ranch-hand bar. The locals called it the Amigo Room, so we are too. Cheap beer and fresh, clean cocktails with homemade ingredients. And it's all available poolside.
