Over 25 new dining, dancing and drinking establishments have opened in Palm Springs since early 2012. All are one-of-a-kind gems, from a neo-retro 1950s supper club to an industrial chic architectural wonder. Diners are making reservations for the new hot spots and local favorites for next month’s Palm Springs Desert Resorts Restaurant Week slated for May 30-June 8, 2014.
