Craft beer connoisseurs, get ready to raise your glasses! Craft Beer Weekend is taking over the Ace Hotel on Aug. 3-4 for a weekend celebrating all things beer.

More than 20 craft breweries will descend upon the Ace and offer tastings of their finest lagers, ales and stouts. Participating breweries include Dogfish Head, Stone Brewing Co., Lagunitas, Firestone Walker and Black Market.

The festivities start Friday night with a beer pairing dinner with renowned beer “doctor” Bill Sysak of Stone Brewing. For $65, enjoy a five-course dinner perfectly paired with the best brews and a talk about all things craft hosted by Sysak. After dinner, the beer will keep flowing in the Amigo Room with DJ Day.

You’ll have a chance to rehydrate in the morning before the party continues. On Saturday afternoon, grab your cups and head to the pool to sample dozens of beers at the Pool Party and Craft Beer Tasting. A $45 wristband will get you access to the party and 10 craft beer tastings. Feast at the poolside BrewBQ as the Woodies and DJ Habanero provide the music.Ace Hotel - Photo by Paul Costello
