It’s no surprise that architecture is at the foundation of what Palm Springs was built on, however the mid-century design and style runs through nearly every part of the city, including its nearly 200 restaurants. These are the designer restaurants included in June Restaurant Week: Eight4Nine Restaurant & Lounge, dish Creative Cuisine, Draughtsman, Reservoir, Workshop Kitchen + Bar, Trio Restaurant, and The Kitchen at Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs.

WorkshopWorkshop Kitchen + Bar is quite possibly the most design-centric of the bunch. Awarded a James Beard Award for Architecture & Design the restaurant is driven by a menu highlighting foods that are harvested from local farms and offers a bar unlike any other desert establishment. The ambiance in this restaurant gives off an eccentric modernism and stunning décor that is Palm Springs. With a perfect drink and farm to table foods this is a perfect dining experience.
