Did you know Palm Springs is home to six film festivals?  Yes, it is true! The City of Palm Springs is a premier film festival destination and we invite you to attend these upcoming festivals in 2015. 


Palm Springs is rolling out the red carpet for Julianne Moore, J.K. Simmons, Reese Witherspoon, Robert Duvall and other Hollywood movers and shakers for the 26th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival scheduled for January 2-12, 2015. The Agua Caliente Cultural Museum will present its 14th annual Native Filmfest, March 3-8, 2015 at the Camelot Theatres. Known as one of the nation’s most highly regarded festivals of its kind, the event will feature the best in films by, about and starring Native Americans. The American Documentary Film Festival returns to the Camelot Theatres in Palm Springs. Scheduled for March 26-30, 2015, the film festival showcases over 100 documentary films from around the world, including several world premieres. The 16th annual Arthur Lyons Film Noir Festival, May 14-17, 2015 will feature an eclectic mixture of films from the classic Film Noir era. In addition to the film screenings at Camelot Theatres, the festival will include special appearances by some of Hollywood’s greatest Film Noir stars and special receptions. Recognized as one of the world’s premier short film festivals, the Palm Springs International ShortFest will return to the Camelot Theatres - June 16-22, 2015. Scheduled for September 17-20, 2015, Cinema Diverse, a gay and lesbian film festival, will showcase the best in LGBT filmmaking including features, documentaries and shorts.
