A preview party provided an opportunity for community people to receive one of the first peeks of the hotels newly refurbished Purple Palm Restaurant. When entering the restaurant, arriving guests were greeted by a very congenial anxious staff to share their enthusiasm for the space. Mixologist, Rob Flody of Rx Productions, has created signature cocktails for the restaurant. Guests were treated with samples of his creations such as “Bogart’s Escape” and “Colony Cupid” as seen in the photo.place to hold special private celebrations or meetings.
Attendees eagerly waited for the hors d’oeuvres prepared by Chef Gregory Stillman to be passed. The Chef showed off his talent by creating Mediterranean-inspired, spicy gazpacho, cheese encased in a flaky tender crust, and fabulous nut-crusted smoked salmon-avocado rolls.
